Job Title: Internal Audit Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Audit Executive to manage and oversee employee and vendor expense compliance. The role involves ensuring financial transactions adhere to company policies, improving expense management processes, and providing actionable insights. The scope includes employee reimbursements, vendor expenses, and branch operational expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Expense Verification:

- Review employee reimbursements, vendor invoices, and branch operational expenses for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of expense reports and approvals.

2. Genuity Check:

- Investigate discrepancies in expense reports and vendor invoices.
- Validate the authenticity of transactions and supporting documentation to prevent fraud.

3. Documentation Review:

- Verify that all expense reports, vendor invoices, and branch-related expenses include the required supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.

4. Policy Oversight and Improvement:

- Assist in updating and communicating policies related to employee reimbursements, vendor expenses, and branch operational costs.
- Monitor adherence to updated policies and identify gaps for improvement.

5. Process Enhancement:

- Conduct periodic reviews of expense management processes and recommend improvements.
- Implement controls to streamline approval workflows and enhance compliance.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate regular reports on expense trends, policy adherence, and branch-wise expenditures.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of experience in expense management, internal auditing, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience handling vendor and branch operational expenses is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
