The Sales Coordinator's role is to achieve sales targets and maintain positive relationships with customers. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs, while simultaneously striving to meet company objectives by managing teams that generate new business or expand existing revenue streams. The Sales Coordinator will set sales goals, monitor sales data, and ensure monthly quotas are met. They will also input sales data, ensure timely delivery of orders, and evaluate department performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage schedules, file documents, and communicate relevant information to coordinate sales team activities.
- Ensure sales-related equipment and materials are adequate.
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Process all orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor team activities, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between production, logistics, and sales departments.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a high level of dedication.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, with certification in sales or marketing being an asset.

**Salary**: ₹33,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
