Job Summary:

- **The Inside Sales cum Operations Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of order delivery, invoicing reconciliation, stock management, and client relations in Construction Chemical Industry.**:

- This role involves close coordination with logistics, vendors, and clients, ensuring smooth operations, timely invoicing, and accurate stock tracking. Additionally, the role requires
- proactive vendor development and maintenance of key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- **1. Delivery and Invoicing Reconciliation**_
- Update the Retail Summary Sheet with daily delivery requests.
- Collect and compile delivery documents (Customer PO, Vendor Tax Invoice, Delivery Challans) for submission to the Invoicing team.
- **2. Order Processing (Chemicals)**_
- Create and send quotations after checking material availability, vendor delivery timelines, and purchase rates.
- Process client POs, ensuring all details are accurate and approved by the relevant department.
- Generate Vendor POs, convert them to PDF, and ensure proper distribution to stakeholders.
- Reconcile physical stock with Tally on a monthly basis.
- **3. Management Information System (MIS) Reporting**_
- Update weekly sales figures for chemicals and collaborate with senior

management to identify areas for improvement.
- **4. Vendor Development**_
- Identify and develop relationships with dealers of key chemical brands (Sika, Sunanda, Dr Fixit, Roff, MCON) in Mumbai.
- Maintain and update a chart with dealer contact information.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

- Inside sales: 4 years (preferred)
