**Role Overview**
We are looking for a driven **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential learners, you will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs, explaining our offerings, and guiding them toward enrollment. This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping people discover the joy of learning music.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Connect with prospective leads generated through demos, campaigns, and inquiries.
- Conduct structured follow-up calls with high-intent leads.
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Share detailed information about programs, pricing, and outcomes.
- Collect feedback and coordinate with the Teaching Operations team to enhance the experience.
- Manage the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and closure.
- Drive conversions and achieve defined monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in **inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles**.
- Strong communication skills in **English (mandatory)**; **Hindi** preferred.
- Confident, resilient, and target-driven with excellent listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close deals over calls/virtual meetings.
- Prior experience in EdTech or music-related industries is a plus.
