- Comprehensive administration duties in support of the CEO including
arranging travel & accommodation, day to day planning and organising of the
CEOs diary & dealing with correspondence.
- To act as the key contact point for the CEO for internal and external contacts
and in respect of HR issues such as appeals, recruitment & grievances.
- Assisting with scheduling and prioritising meetings and appointments,
planning and managing office events, organizing venues and hospitality for
visitors etc.
Developing and managing administrative databases & integrated electronic +
paper based filing systems. Ensuring that necessary records are maintained
that can readily provide current, accurate and accessible information.
- Managing the CEOs expenditure budgets, including monitoring and processing
invoices, payments and expenses including credit card payments, pertaining to
the Office of the CEO.
- To research, prepare and collate information for time critical reports,
presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence and graphics for use by the CEO.
