Job Description – Accounts Assistant (CA Firm Experience)

Position: Accounts Assistant / Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and verification of invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
  • Bank reconciliation and handling day-to-day accounting entries.
  • Working on Tally / accounting software for data entry and record keeping.
  • Preparing and maintaining financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
  • Following up with clients for payments and outstanding dues.
  • Managing and organising accounting documentation and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or pursuing (preferred).
  • 1+ years' experience working in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
