**Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive / Manager - Overseas Education (Agent Relations)**

**Job Summary**:
**We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to manage B2B marketing and agent relationships in the overseas education sector. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and training agents/consultancies, building long-term partnerships, and promoting our services through regular communication, seminars, and webinars.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with overseas education agents, sub-agents, and consultancies.**:

- **Onboard new agents and provide training on our services, processes, and value propositions.**:

- **Develop and manage an agent partner network to generate quality student referrals.**:

- **Organize agent training programs, seminars, and webinars to promote our services and strengthen partnerships.**:

- **Communicate regularly with agents to share updates, new opportunities, and marketing support.**:

- **Negotiate and formalize agreements, commission structures, and partnership terms with agents.**:

- **Support agents with marketing materials, FAQs, and counseling support for student queries.**:

- **Represent the company at education fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.**:

- **Track agent performance, provide reports to management, and ensure achievement of lead generation and enrollment targets.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).**:

- **2-6 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel/partner management, or business development (education industry preferred).**:

- **Strong presentation and communication skills.**:

- **Ability to conduct training sessions, seminars, and webinars confidently.**:

- **Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.**:

- **Willingness to travel and meet agents/partners regularly.**:
