**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Career Counselor to join our team. The Career Counselor will assist individuals in exploring career options, enhancing job search skills, providing educational guidance, and navigating career transitions. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Career Assessment and Guidance**: Conduct individual assessments to evaluate clients' skills, interests, values, and personality traits. Provide tailored career advice and help clients set actionable career goals.
- **Career Development**: Advise clients on skill-building, continued education, and professional certifications that can enhance their career prospects.
- **Educational and Training Guidance**: Help clients explore educational programs and certifications that align with their career goals.
- **Workshops and Group Sessions**: Facilitate workshops or group counseling on topics such as job search strategies, career planning, and interview techniques.
- **Job Market Research**: Stay current with labor market trends, emerging industries, and job openings to offer clients valuable insights.
- **Workplace Conflict Resolution**: Provide guidance on workplace challenges, such as conflict resolution, stress management, and work-life balance.
- **Networking and Employer Connections**: Build and maintain relationships with employers and educational institutions to provide clients with valuable job opportunities and networking connections.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor’s or master’s degree, related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in career counseling, human resources, recruitment, or a coaching role.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with the job market, industry trends, and career development tools.
- **Certifications**: Certification from a professional organization (e.g., National Career Development Association) is preferred, but not required.
