महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारियाँ

1.सुरक्षित एवं कुशल ड्राइविंग:
कैब को सुरक्षित, विनम्र और पेशेवर तरीके से संचालित करें।

सभी यातायात कानूनों और विनियमों का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करें।

2.मार्ग अनुकूलन:
यातायात की स्थिति का आकलन करें और यात्रा के समय को कम करने और कमाई को अधिकतम करने के लिए सर्वोत्तम मार्गों पर स्वतंत्र रूप से निर्णय लें।

कुशल यात्रा की योजना बनाने के लिए जीपीएस और अन्य नेविगेशन उपकरणों का प्रभावी ढंग से उपयोग करें।

3.ग्राहक संतुष्टि:
विनम्र, सम्मानजनक और ग्राहकों की जरूरतों के प्रति चौकस रहकर उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान करें।

यदि आवश्यक हो तो यात्रियों को सामान या अन्य जरूरतों में सहायता करें।

4.बचाव और सुरक्षा:
सुरक्षित और स्वच्छ वाहन बनाए रखकर यात्रियों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करें।

आपात्कालीन या अप्रत्याशित स्थितियों से निपटने के लिए प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करें।

5.वाहन रखरखाव:
यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नियमित वाहन जांच करें कि यह अच्छी स्थिति में है।

किसी भी रखरखाव या मरम्मत की आवश्यकता के बारे में तुरंत रिपोर्ट करें।

6.वित्तीय जवाबदेही:
किराया संग्रहण को सही ढंग से संभालें और आवश्यकतानुसार रसीदें प्रदान करें।

कंपनी की नीतियों के अनुसार आय को ट्रैक करें और रिपोर्ट करें।

7.व्यावसायिकता:
पेशेवर उपस्थिति और आचरण बनाए रखें।
