**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Academic Administrator** to manage and coordinate academic operations at Patshala CA/CMA Institute. The role involves handling scheduling, faculty coordination, student support, exam planning, and maintaining academic records to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Planning & Scheduling**:

- Create and manage academic calendars, timetables, and faculty rosters for CA/CMA Foundation, Inter, and Final batches.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Allocate classrooms and manage session timings effectively.
- **Faculty Coordination**:

- Liaise with faculty members to manage availability and schedule classes.
- Assist in onboarding new faculty and ensure adherence to teaching standards.
- **Student Support & Communication**:

- Act as the point of contact for student academic queries and grievances.
- Ensure timely communication of schedules, changes, exam dates, and results.
- Monitor student attendance and performance.
- **Examination & Evaluation**:

- Organize and supervise internal assessments, mock tests, and final exams.
- Ensure accurate and timely evaluation of answer scripts and publication of results.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain up-to-date academic records including attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Generate periodic academic reports for management review.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure academic activities comply with institute standards and educational guidelines.
- Monitor classroom delivery and provide feedback to improve academic outcomes.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in academic administration (preferably in CA/CMA/Commerce institutions).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
