Key responsibilities include curriculum development and implementation, faculty support and training, student advising, coordinating academic events, managing program data and records, and liaising with educational bodies and parents. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure educational quality and a positive learning environment for all students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum and Program Management**:Develop, update, and implement academic curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards and institutional policies. Coordinate programs, workshops, and special events to enhance student learning experiences.
- **Faculty Support**:Assist in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of faculty. Provide guidance, training, and support to faculty on teaching methodologies, lesson content, and instructional strategies.
- **Student Guidance**:Advise students on academic goals, course selection, and career paths. Monitor student progress, analyze performance data, and address academic issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Manage student records, ensure compliance with educational regulations, and coordinate various administrative tasks for academic programs.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Act as a liaison between students, faculty, parents, and external educational bodies. Foster effective partnerships to improve academic outcomes and student development.
- **Event Coordination**:Organize and manage academic events, seminars, and workshops.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Competence in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software for administrative and reporting tasks
