**Job Description**:
An academic coordinator typically plays a crucial role in the educational activities, focusing on curriculum development, faculty support, and student achievement.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with faculty to design, implement, and assess academic programs and curricula.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and institutional goals.

2. **Faculty Support**:

- Provide guidance and resources to teachers to enhance instructional strategies.
- Organize professional development workshops and training sessions.

3. **Student Support**:

- Monitor student progress and implement interventions for at-risk students.
- Facilitate communication between students, parents, and faculty regarding academic performance.

4. **Program Evaluation**:

- Assess the effectiveness of academic programs through data analysis and feedback.
- Prepare reports on academic performance and suggest improvements.

5. **Policy Implementation**:

6. **Collaboration**:

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in teaching or academic administration is preferred.
