**JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**:
** we are looking for lawyers with brilliant drafting and analytical skills.**
** They are expected to give a sound judgement and decision making with outstanding problem solving skills.**
** They are tasked with ensuring our company’s transactions comply with corporate laws and regulations.**

** Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters.**
** Protect the company against legal risks and violations.**
** Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.**
** Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.**

**REQUIREMENT**:
** Bachelors degree in Law.**

** Licensed to practice law in the State Bar Association.**

** Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate lawyer.**

**SALARY : 8,000 - 10,000**
