- Strong understanding of Psychology concepts, theories, and methodologies relevant to NET/JRF exams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment techniques.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
