Job Purpose

The Business Process Expert Product Data is responsible for developing, communicating and supporting in implementing processes and solutions that support a compliant and efficient handling of Product life cycle management processes in Dormer Pramet. This role will be focused on the OneWay implementation as a member of the global project team, working closely with Sales and Production units, both within Dormer Pramet.

**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the registration process for existing products within the 1Way project.- Utilize knowledge of product data to streamline and optimize registration procedures.- Demonstrate expertise in Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) processes.- Collaborate closely with the global team to support effective product management.- Actively participate in project management, ensuring smooth processes and timely deliverables.- Identify and resolve problems related to product data and registration processes.- Innovate and develop new systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.- Provide dedicated support to the product management team.Background- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Life Cycle Management and product management.- Experience from change management and major projects is a plus.- Proficient understanding of product data and registration processes.- In-depth knowledge of PLM processes and best practices.- Proficient in English (written and spoken).- Proven problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of product data management.- Experience in developing and implementing new systems for process improvement.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a global team setting.- Proximity to product management processes and understanding of their intricacies.

Location for this position is home-office in either Pune, India or Malaysia
