**Location**: Mohali Punjab

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and results-oriented **International Calling Expert** to engage with potential or existing clients across global markets through outbound calls. The role involves **cold calling, follow-up calls, and consultative selling** or support to promote our services/products and generate qualified leads or enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound international calls to **potential customers, partners, or clients** based on campaign objectives.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls, demos, or appointments for the sales team.
- Deliver clear, persuasive, and customized messaging aligned with customer needs and company offerings.
- Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality communication and professionalism.
- Update call records and client information accurately in CRM tools.
- Handle basic queries, objections, and initial client concerns with confidence and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies and scripts.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Stay informed about international market trends, target industry developments, and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in **international voice process**, cold calling, telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Prior experience in **B2B or B2C international markets** is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working across various time zones.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail in call documentation and follow-ups
- Goal-oriented and self-driven mindset

**Work from office**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
