**Job Overview**:
Zouma Company is hiring dynamic and communicative individuals to join our **UK Logistics Support Team**. As a **Customer Support Associate**, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to shipment coordination, delivery updates, and logistics support for UK-based customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle international voice calls related to parcel tracking, delivery scheduling, and customer logistics queries.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehousing teams in the UK.
- Provide real-time updates to customers and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
- Accurately update customer and shipment data in internal systems.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Follow SOPs and compliance guidelines in all communications.
- Excellent spoken English communication skills (UK accent understanding is a plus).
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary); graduates preferred.
- Prior experience in international BPO or voice process is an advantage.
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned with UK time zones.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRMs is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Monday to Saturday (UK Shift Timing)
- Night Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST (may vary slightly)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
