About the Role:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused **Customer Care Associates (CSA)** for a **UK shift (monthly rotational)** in a **product-based company**. Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve **product/service-related queries** in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the **CRM system**:

- Ensure excellent **customer satisfaction** by providing empathetic and effective support
- Meet performance metrics such as **response time, resolution rate, and quality standards**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English (spoken and written)**:

- Ability to work in **UK shifts** with monthly rotational schedule
- Prior **customer support/BPO** experience is an advantage (**freshers welcome**)
- Strong **problem-solving and interpersonal skills**:

- Basic knowledge of **customer service tools/CRM systems** preferred
