**About the Role**:
We are hiring an **experienced and energetic Telecaller** with a background in **international voice process**, preferably from the **IT or Software industry**. The role involves managing both **inbound and outbound calls**, keeping detailed communication records, and ensuring a professional client experience across time zones. If you are fluent in English and ready for rotational shifts, we invite you to be part of our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Make outbound international calls** to prospective and existing clients for product updates, service inquiries, and lead follow-ups
**Handle inbound calls** from international clients and respond to their queries with professionalism
**Log all communications** accurately in the CRM system and keep records up to date **Manage client relationships** through effective communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve client issues where needed

**Key Requirements**:
**Minimum 6 months of experience** in **international calling (voice process)**
**Excellent spoken and written English communication skills**
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client rapport
Basic knowledge of IT or software services is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** (between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM)
**Weekend availability is mandatory**
