We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Telecaller** to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inquiries, and providing information about our products/services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales, depending on the campaign requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Generate leads and follow up consistently.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Handle objections and answer questions in a professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer queries.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in [mention languages: e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages].
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
