**Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes in line with the restaurant's menu.
- **Station Setup**: Ensure workstations are properly set up and stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness according to the restaurant’s standards.
- **Hygiene and Safety**: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of kitchen work.
- **Inventory Management**: Help in monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring freshness and proper storage of ingredients.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours.
- **Learning & Development**: Actively participate in skill-building and training sessions to improve culinary techniques and knowledge of continental cuisine.
- **Cleaning & Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment during and after service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Commi 1 or 2, or training in culinary arts with a focus on continental cuisine.
- **Skills**:
- Good understanding of continental cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- **Education**: Formal culinary training is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
