**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
- Introduce and promote stock market products and services.
- Understand customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Gather information about potential customers.
- Create a pipeline for the sales team.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle incoming calls from existing clients.
- Provide information, assistance, and support related to stock market offerings.
- Document customer feedback for follow-up actions.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Assist in closing deals by providing relevant information to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
- **Professionalism and Etiquette**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during calls.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Ability to handle inbound marketing calls effectively.
- Basic knowledge of stock market concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

We have openings for other process as well, Minimum qualification needed SSC Pass.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
