**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the **sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists** to fill IT positions.
- Good high level **working knowledge of technology** is a must.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Sourcing right match profiles from LinkedIn, job sites and network.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
- Educational Requirements:

- A bachelor's of science or human resources degree. BE. B.tech. or MCA shall be given preference.
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working on India recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
- IT concepts and latest trends: 4 years (preferred)
- IT Recruitment: 4 years (preferred)
