**Responsibilities**:_ - Conduct practical and theoretical nursing training sessions. - Design and update nursing curriculum. - Assess student performance and provide feedback. - Supervise clinical practice sessions. - Stay updated on medical and healthcare advancements. **Qualifications & Skills**: - B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Nursing. - Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred. - Excellent communication and mentoring skills. **4. Nursing Lecturer** _

**5. Computer Assistant**_

**Responsibilities**:_ - Provide technical support for computer systems and software. - Manage data entry, reports, and document formatting. - Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure. - Assist in online course management and digital records. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Proficiency in MS Office, data management, and troubleshooting. - Good communication and problem-solving skills.

**6. Telecaller** _

**Responsibilities**:_ - Handle inbound and outbound calls for student inquiries. - Provide information on courses, admissions, and institute policies. - Maintain a database of leads and follow up with prospective students. - Assist in enrollment and admission processes.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:_ - Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. - Basic computer knowledge and telecalling experience preferred.

**7. Course Counsellor** _

**Responsibilities**:_ - Counsel prospective students on course selection. - Explain admission processes and eligibility criteria. - Maintain student records and provide guidance on career options. - Collaborate with faculty for student support. **Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology preferred). - Strong interpersonal and counseling skills. **8. Business Development Officer** _

**Responsibilities**:_ - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Develop partnerships with hospitals, institutions, and corporate clients. - Plan and execute marketing and student recruitment campaigns. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

**Qualifications & Skills**: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Strong networking and negotiation skills. - Experience in education or healthcare industry preferred. Compensation: - compensation for all the posts are as per market standards and negotiable
