**Key Responsibilities**:
**Telecaller**:
**Make outbound calls to prospective students.**

**Provide information about medical and paramedical courses.**

**Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.**

**Handle inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.**

**Course Counselor**:
**Counsel prospective students regarding course offerings, eligibility, and career opportunities.**

**Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.**

**Maintain records of inquiries and conversions.**

**Requirements**:
**Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.**

**Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, counseling, or a related field (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).**

**Basic knowledge of healthcare/medical education is a plus.**
