**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Fitter Fabricator Trainer to deliver high-quality training under a skill development project. The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for industry requirements, ensuring employability by imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the Fitter Fabricator trade.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Fitter Fabrication or related discipline.
- Certification or additional qualifications in welding or fabrication (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in fabrication, fitting, or related roles.
- Previous training experience in a skill development or educational setup is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to the Fitter Fabricator trade.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for training and mentoring.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
