Program Executive

Seeking a dynamic individual to join as a **Project Executive** to anchor the on-ground implementation of certain projects within the designated states. This may include providing technical support and capacity building to Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), coordination with SMC's, Anganwadis. Additionally, the Executive will oversee Nutri Education program and lead the program in Jaipur, either directly or through partners, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Facilitate the development of training modules and provide technical support to FPCs.
- Facilitate the development of strategies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for grain aggregation and segregation.
- Assist in identifying and facilitating partnerships with public and private sector partners to support seed and grain production, as well as facilitate linkages with private and institutional partners for consumption.
- Assist in collecting data, prepare progress reports, and conduct analysis to showcase project outcomes and achievements.
- Track day-to-day activities and ensure appropriate field monitoring to maintain project timelines and objectives.
- Lead the Nutrition Education program and manages interns and their internship.
- Coordination with SMC's, Principals, Anganwadi Supervisors to conduct Capacity Building and training programs.
- Maintain regular communication with various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community members, to facilitate project coordination and implementation.
- Collaborate with the designated team to support the planning and execution of events, programs, and trainings.
- Engage with on-ground staff of various value chain actors to provide guidance and support in project implementation.
- Facilitate the coordination of travel logistics and other administrative functions for smooth functioning of operations and program implementation.

**REPRESENT JOYWING AT KEY EVENTS**

Represent JOYWING at different corporate forums and events, CSR seminars and conferences to network with prospective donors and improve the visibility of the organization.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**: Graduate/postgraduate in Social Work from a recognised University

Age: 20-30 years

**Experience**:

- Graduate with 1-2 years of professional experience of working with civil society, government, and private sector partners.
- Proficiency in computer skills like Microsoft office and data collection tools.
- Proven capacity to work with stakeholders across the value chain.
- Flexible, with a willingness and ability to travel in challenging environments.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Fluency in the local/regional language in the area of deployment.
- Strong communication skills in multi-cultural, multi-lingual environments.

**BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
- Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills in English.
- Expertise in creating and delivering compelling and persuasive presentations.
- Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines.
- Highly disciplined and able to work without supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of projects at once.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects through to completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
