Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential offline market segments, including educational institutions, community centers, and other relevant organizations, to generate leads for our coding institute.

Develop and implement strategies to engage with key decision-makers and influencers within the identified segments to promote our coding programs.

Plan and execute offline marketing activities, such as workshops, seminars, and events, to attract prospective students and parents.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the offline market.

Conduct outreach and networking activities to build relationships and partnerships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations.

Utilize various lead generation techniques, such as cold calling, door-to-door visits, and referrals, to identify and qualify potential leads.

Track and analyze lead generation activities, including the effectiveness of different channels and campaigns, and provide regular reports to management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field.

Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse audiences.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel within the designated area to conduct outreach and promotional activities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Knowledge of the education industry and coding programs is a plus.
