We are on the lookout for a versatile individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing cum Customer Satisfaction Executive. This role involves spearheading our digital marketing efforts to generate leads while ensuring customer satisfaction with our e-invitations and wedding gifting products.

**Digital Marketing cum Customer Satisfaction Executive**

As a Digital Marketing Executive (Lead Generation) cum Customer Satisfaction Executive at Snapivite International (P) Ltd, you will play a dual role in driving our digital marketing strategies for lead generation and ensuring customer happiness with our offerings. We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer-centric practices in the wedding industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to generate leads for our e-invitations and wedding gifting items.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads.
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address inquiries, and provide information about our e-invitations and wedding gifting products.
- Proactively gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to product enhancements.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on different platforms, fostering a positive online reputation.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand lead requirements and align digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the design team to create marketing collateral that resonates with our target audience and enhances lead generation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with the wedding industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
