We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and executing effective marketing strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company's success, and you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 20,000 INR per month, along with additional incentives based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Conversion**: Present our products and services to potential clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Effectively close deals to achieve sales targets.

**Marketing Strategy**: Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to expand our customer base. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build strong and lasting relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and improve our offerings.

**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
