Ecowiser leverages new-age web technologies to provide sustainable product recommendations across fashion, food, cosmetics, and household products. You will work with a diverse group of driven people who are interested in contributing to solving the climate crisis and making a positive difference in the world. **Responsibilities include**:

- Technical Leadership: Provide the development team with architectural roadmaps and champion technological excellence, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess, recommend, and integrate frameworks, technologies, and methodologies that elevate our product platform's quality.
- Design Blueprinting: Translate business objectives into detailed technical designs, ensuring alignment with overarching goals.
- Test-Driven Development: Commit to a rigorous test-driven development environment, meticulously authoring unit tests, and producing code that consistently passes these tests.
- Code Review: Undertake senior-level reviews of the team’s code, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning by mentoring and cross-training team members on the latest development practices and standards.

**What we need from you**:

- Engagement Mode: Remote, part-time.
- Work Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, offering flexibility to accommodate individual schedules.

**What skills and experience you’ll bring to us**:

- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience with Python web frameworks, preferably Django.
- Proficient in full-stack development, with hands-on expertise in React, Next.js, and associated technologies.
- Solid experience working with AWS-managed services and databases, including but not limited to S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
- Previous engagement with SAAS enterprises is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding communication skills with the acumen to articulate and document intricate designs and ideas comprehensively to peers.
- Solid understanding of best security practices in the development life cycle
- Should have a zest for sustainable living and eco-friendly practices
