**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Planning and strategizing the operations ( Projecting the number of NGO partnerships, Manpower )
- Plan and mentor the Trainers in initiating batches at
- Plan/update the Manpower Requirements and ensure optimum utilization of the existing resources by working closely with the Training
- Responsible for overall implementation of program in the areas of work / states assigned within the given framework of program
- Monitor Trainers activities as per the Lesson Plan.
- Market Feasibility study for implementing various
- Monitor Student Attendance and Dropout Percentage, Curriculum coverage, Students/Alumni/Parents meet, Placement
- Explore new prospective
- Assist the Training Head in overall program implementation and management of Centers spread in the respective
- Providing guidance and support to Trainers for smooth implementation of
- the program.
- To coordinate and seek support from other departments/line authority so as to provide timely support to the Training
- Conducting Periodical checks across the Area to ensure the Quality work.
- Motivating & building the Training
- Ensure strict adherence to the processes laid through field visits, and orientation programs at the Centre
- Apprise Management about Training & Placement Status through Batch reports.

Strong verbal and written Communication Skills Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance Should be able to counsel students Must have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized community Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects will be an added advantage
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in skill development industry of which 2 years must in distributed team
- At least 1 year of experience in donor funded skilling operations
- Graduate | Post Graduate in any discipline

Relationship Officer - Training & Operations

Reports to Centre Head
Role Objective To impartmobilization and monitor the student lifecyclefor ensuring standard outcome

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be
responsible for:

- Mapping potential catchment areas and communities suitable for mobilization in the
identified locations.
- Building rapportwith the local community leaders well before the start of the
mobilization.
- Creating awareness on the Anudip program and sensitizing community to participate
and take the program to as many needy as possible.
- Addressing communities about the Anudip program and its benefits through various
means of communication to motivate and encourage youth to avail theopportunity.
- Helping the center team to selectthe needy youth (Anudip Students) and ensure that
the center has optimum batch strength.
- Providing support to the center team / Area Manager in organizing Alumni - Guest
events as and when required as per the process.
- Ensuring optimum batch strength in assigned Anudip centers.

Placement Officer

Reports to Manager - Corporate Relations
Role Objective Responsible to provide placements to students with relevant jobs in IT
domain and monitor the student life cycle for ensuring standard outcome.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be
responsible for:

- The Placement Officer would be predominantly responsible for
identification of
- major employers for urban placement opportunities for Anudip students.
- Line up the students according to the companies requirement and
associated with the pre-placement profiling.
- Visit the company’s Director and HR head for manpower requirement
and placement tie-up.
- Coordinating with the branches regarding placement procedure and
placedstudents.
- By placing students generate revenues for the organization.
- Maintain the documents related with pre-placement and post
- placement.
- Maintaining students database.
