1. Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with the Founder to develop short-term objectives and long-term strategies aimed at scaling the business.

2. Project Coordination: Assist in project management activities, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and team communications.

3. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision-making and business development efforts.

4. Tracking New Trends and Algorithms: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and algorithms. Research and analyze emerging technologies and techniques to enhance the agency's digital strategies.

5. Overseeing Team Performance: Monitor and evaluate team performance metrics. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and provide support for campaign ideation and brand communication strategies.

6. Client Relations: Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of the Founder, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

8. Document Preparation: Draft and prepare presentations(creds, pitches), reports, and correspondence for internal and external distribution.

9. Financial Administration: Support with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.

10. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and client engagements.

11. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Will be responsible for all the digital marketing activities given by the seniors.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1-Needs to visit the clients as and when required.

2- Content creating, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

3-Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

4-Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

5-Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

6-Plans, executes, and measures experiments.

7-Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Additional Information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
