Business Karma Marketing is a Mumbai-based, integrated marketing agency with 9 years of experience. We started as a mobile solutions company and have since evolved to offer a comprehensive suite of mobile and digital marketing services to our global SMB clientele. We're a passionate and close-knit team of three, and we're looking for a talented Content Marketing Executive to join our ranks

**The Role**

In this dynamic role, you'll be the primary driver of our content creation and social media management. You'll play a key role in crafting engaging content that resonates with our clients' target audiences, managing social media accounts, and generating valuable reports to track performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Onboarding**: Upon client sign-up, you'll set up accounts in Buffer, Trello, and Zoho Folder, ensuring smooth project workflow.
- **Brand Management**: You'll meticulously update brand information across social media accounts and Zoho files, based on client kick-off calls and brand presentations.
- **Content Strategy & Creation**: You'll conduct in-depth research to understand target audiences, brand voice, content pillars, and relevant hashtags.
- **Social Media Content Creation**: Leveraging your storytelling skills and knowledge of social media best practices, you'll craft engaging content for various platforms using generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. You'll then collaborate with clients for approval and schedule content for publication.
- **Social Media Reporting**: You'll be responsible for generating compelling monthly social media reports that track key metrics and provide valuable insights to clients.
- **Community Engagement**: You'll actively manage client social media handles, following relevant pages and engaging in strategic commenting to drive brand awareness and interaction.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: (Optional, but a plus) You may have the opportunity to contribute to internal knowledge sharing by creating and updating documents for learning purposes. Additionally, you may be involved in crafting user guides for external audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of best practices for writing engaging social media copy.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and translate information into a captivating story format.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms, their functionalities, and key reporting metrics.
- Prior experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- (Optional, but a plus) Knowledge of using prompts for content creation using generative AI tools.
