About Roles : We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated IT Recruiter 0-1 years join our growing team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented IT professionals for various technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in understanding the hiring needs of the company and the job requirements for technical roles.

Participate in onboarding activities, including coordinating with the HR department to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Provide regular reports on recruitment status and progress to management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
0 to 1 years of experience with an interest in recruitment and human resources.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

A good understanding of IT technologies and roles such as software developers, testers, system admins, etc., is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media is required.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment domain.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
