**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Engagement**:

- Build rapport and effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
- **Client Conversion**:

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive conversions.
- Overcome objections and provide clarifications to ensure smooth onboarding.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timeline.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and status in the CRM system.
- Regularly report progress and share feedback from leads to improve future strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for lead generation feedback and seamless client onboarding.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and team targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,009.94 - ₹45,079.39 per month
