**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the interior design industry or related sectors.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Language: Proficiency in Kannada, English and Hindi.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the interior design industry
- Visit clients on-site to assess their design needs and provide suitable recommendations
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain and expand client relationships
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position and market interior design products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy

**Job summary**:

- Lead Generation: Capable of generating leads by visiting sites and meeting with contractors.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients,contractors, and builders to promote and potential strategies to ensure the closures for residential,commercial, and renovation interior projects.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. Regularly report on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and stay updated on competitor activities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning,management, and strategies.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with new clients.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design industry
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
