Inputting Purchase Bills in Tally, Bank Reconciliation & Payment Follow Up.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree In Commerce
- Ms Office, Tally ERP 9.1 & Tally Prime
- Fluency in Verbal and Written English, Hindi and Marathi
- Experience of 1-4 Years Accounts Executive [Preferred]
- Good Interpersonal Skills & a flair for Sales

**Job Description**:

- GST Sales Invoicing and preparing other Sales Documents like Packing List and E-Way Bill
- Inputting Purchase Bills on a daily basis.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Manual Inventory Check and inputting the same in the System.
- Acts as a Dispatch Officer from time to time.
- GST & TDS Filing.
- Payment Follow-Up.
- Coordination with Work Sites.
- PF & ESIC Working.
- Dispatch follow-up and Coordination with Factory
- Petty Cash Management
- Basic Office Administration.

Place of Works: Ghatkopar Office & Occasional Field Work
