**Job Summary**:
The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients to promote products or services, provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database to explain and promote products / services.

Regularly follow up with potential leads to persuade them to enroll with us.

Maintain and update customer databases with call feedback and follow-up actions.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

Adhere to companies Code of Conduct & follow the basic discipline at the work place.

**Qualifications**:
Graduation in any stream / High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service. Fresher can also apply.

**Skills**:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing work conditions.

Language: Proficiency in English & Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
