**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Manage inside sales activities including follow-ups, product explanations, and order handling.
- Proactively reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain and update customer data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in customer handling and inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills in **both Hindi and English** (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in **Excel and Google Sheets**.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Pleasant personality with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- **Immediate joiner preferred.**
