Key Responsibilities:_
- Manage Air Freight Shipments: Oversee the end-to-end process of air import/export shipments, from booking, documentation, customs clearance, to final delivery.
- Coordinate with Partners: Collaborate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet required customs regulations and prepare necessary shipping documents (AWBs, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Track Shipments: Provide real-time updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that arise during transit, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Customer Communication: Liaise with customers, providing updates on shipments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any operational issues or delays, ensuring a seamless import/export process.
- Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs related to air freight shipments, striving to optimize efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, generate reports, and provide operational insights to senior management.
- Qualifications:_
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Freshers are welcome who wish to learn about air import/export operations or freight forwarding. Experienced hands willing to upskill themselves in challenging scenarios.
- Skills:_
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Preferred Skills:_
- Interest in learning more about customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations in key markets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
