**Job description**

**Job Summary**: As a Business Support Associate at our hair regrowth clinic, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support. You will handle incoming queries, assist customers with video consultations, make follow-up calls, and help customers with online orders. Your role is integral to ensuring a seamless experience for customers seeking hair regrowth solutions, with an emphasis on delivering personalized, responsive service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Follow-up Calls**: Make outgoing calls to customers who missed calls during out-of-office hours, ensuring all inquiries are resolved and appointments are rescheduled if necessary.
- **Consultation Form Follow-ups**: Contact customers who have filled out the free online consultation form regarding hair regrowth, ask preliminary questions to better understand their needs, and allocate video consultation slots with our specialists.
- **Video Consultation Support**: Assist customers in preparing for and attending their video consultations, offering guidance on setting up, and ensuring that technical issues are addressed quickly.
- **Chat Support**: Respond to queries over chat in real-time, providing timely information and solutions to customers.
- **Online Order Assistance**: Help customers who are unable to place orders through the website by assisting them with the online ordering process and ensuring a smooth transaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
