We're seeking enthusiastic **Business Support Associates** to join our team This isn't just a job; it's a chance to become an integral part of our daily operations, working closely with various departments like Sales, Admissions, and Applications. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience in communication, data management, and process improvement.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Manage incoming calls and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Conduct follow-ups on missed calls to maintain seamless communication flow.
- Provide essential support by answering client calls when primary team members are engaged.
- **Client Correspondence Management**:

- Proactively identify and flag any potential communication delays or missed messages for immediate action.
- **Client Engagement & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain meticulous and organized records of all client interactions.
- **CRM Data Excellence**:

- Ensure all data within our client management system (CRM) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve CRM usage and efficiency.
- **Data Support & Reporting**:

- Collect and organize operational data to help teams identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare clear and concise summaries of team reports for management review.

**What You'll Need To Bring (Requirements)**
- **Fresh Graduate** (any academic background is welcome).
- Fluent in **English** and either **Hindi** or **Marathi**.
- Basic familiarity with CRMs or other software tools is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
