
Air Ticket Executive

Job Description:
- Domestic & International Travel Management.
- Managing travel plans for clients, this includes managing booking for airlines.
- Ensuring that the best rates and travel are opted for at all times.
- Collect and verify necessary documents and information for updating KYC.
- Correspondence related to Payment collections and Follow-up.
- Maintain and update clients queries in the excel for follow-up.
- Maintain and swiftly resolve clients feedback of travel facilities as needed.
- Prepare & maintain database (ticket bookings, client communications, mileage cards and KYC documents) in system and as well as hard copy for future references.
- Address and resolve any issues related to ticketing, such as booking errors or cancellations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in travel regulations, and new technologies related to ticketing and travel services.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s degree from recognised university
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer service industry
- Hotel or Tourism & Travel industry experience would be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
- Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
