
Office Assistant

The apartment owners association office is looking to hire an office assistant who can
1) Interact and communicate with residents for their daily issues
2) Manage office documentation
4) Prepare receipts and invoices for vendors and residents payments
5) maintain records of parking and payments
6) Work with housekeeping and security for general upkeep
Should be trustworthy, patient, excellent written and oral communication, English speaking and writing skills a must
Must know Kannada to interact with local vendors and housekeeping staff
Necessary to stay within 5 kms radius to be able to commute easily
Should have relevant administrative experience, customer support experience or store front experience of 1-2 years ( Since the job is a junior role, Will not consider over 5 years experience )
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
