
Inside Sales Executive

The Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to present products or services, generate sales, and achieve individual sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a strong customer service orientation. The Telesales Executive will play a vital role in expanding the company's customer base and contributing to overall revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Effectively present and explain products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services, close sales, and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, turning them into opportunities where possible.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate. Customer Interaction & Service:
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential customers.
- Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Data Management & Reporting:
- Accurately record customer information, sales details, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Maintain a clean and organized database of leads and customer interactions.
- Prepare daily sales reports and updates for the Telesales Team Leader.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and sales processes. Product Knowledge & Self-Development:
- Continuously learn and update knowledge about the company's products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales skills and product understanding.
- Stay informed about competitor products and market conditions.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
**Experience**:
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role with a sales focus. Fresher with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential (and other regional languages as required).
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to effectively persuade and negotiate with potential customers.
- Active Listening: Strong ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and provide excellent service.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Target-Oriented: Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, internet, and basic office software.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- Typically works in an office or call center environment.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
- May involve working to specific sales targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
