Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive your responsibilities will be to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and nurture prospects, specifically targeting NBFCs, ensuring a strong sales pipeline and seamless lead transition to the sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and research potential clients within the NBFC sector.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers.
**2. Cold Calling**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's offerings.
- Qualify leads based on business needs and decision-making potential.
- Overcome objections and generate interest in the product/service.
**3. Client Engagement**:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings or demos with potential clients for the sales team.
- Provide relevant information to prospects and address initial queries.
**4. Sales Support**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and insights based on lead interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in financial services sales or working with NBFC clients.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and cold outreach strategies.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads efficiently.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
