**Position Title**: Production Merchandiser-Apparel

**Qualification**: Fashion Technology/Fashion Merchandising Graduates from NIFT/PEARL/Amity

**Experience**: 1-2 years in reputed garment export houses

**Location**: Noida (Immediate joiners residing nearby will be prioritized)

**Salary**: ₹4.20 LPA - ₹5.40 LPA

**About the Role**:
We are looking for talented and detail-oriented **Apparel Production Merchandisers** to join our team at CTA Apparels. This role requires a professional with a strong background in garment merchandising, capable of handling end-to-end production coordination while ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full production lifecycle, including sourcing, manufacturing, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment with client specifications.
- Resolve production issues promptly to maintain quality and schedules.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
- Oversee sample development, approvals, and follow-ups with all stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in **Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, or Fashion Merchandising** from **NIIFT, Pearl Academy, or Amity**.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in reputed garment export houses.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with garment production processes and supply chain operations.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.
