**Managing Garment Production Process**: Production merchandisers oversee the entire production process, from sourcing raw materials to ensuring timely delivery of finished products. They coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics companies to streamline operations.
- **Cost Management**: They are responsible for negotiating prices with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure cost-effective production while maintaining quality standards. They also monitor production costs and suggest ways to optimize expenses without compromising on quality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring the quality of products is crucial for customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Production merchandisers work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- **Inventory Management**: They monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock availability. This involves coordinating with production teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts and prevent stock shortages or overages.
- **Communication and Coordination**: Effective communication is key to success in this role. Production merchandisers liaise between various departments, ensuring that everyone is aligned with production schedules, timelines, and quality requirements.
- **Problem Solving**: Production merchandisers need to be adept at problem-solving, as they often encounter issues such as production delays, quality issues, or supply chain disruptions. They must quickly identify solutions to minimize disruptions and keep production on track.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
