We are hiring for **Regional Trainer/ Field Trainer**

**Location**-Chennai/ Bangalore

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:
B.Sc. in Hotel Management + Masters in Business Administration (preferred not mandate)

**Preferred Skills**:
Experience of 1-3 years in hospitality or relevant industry.

Must have Food & Beverage knowledge or training experience.

Proficient in MsOffice.

Tech savvy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Induction of new employees post their joining. Explaining them culture and values of company.
- Conduct training need analysis of the responsible cluster/city and prepare training action plan according

to the same.
- Help in building the talent pipeline by training eligible employees for next role and assessing them.
- Travel to each outlet and engage with business leaders and release training need.
- Prepare training calendar for the region by planning training interventions for each level.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and MIS to display training achievements.
- Use technology to execute job function and keeps finding innovative ways of training delivery.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training: 1 year (preferred)
